Prior to printing and shipping all personalized items, we will send you a digital proof for your approval. Below is a summary of our ordering and proofing process.
Select your colors, design options, wording, quantities, and other required information on the product page. Add to cart and place your order.
We will email digital proofs designed with your chosen colors and wording within 2 business days.
Once we send you the design proof, you can request wording and minor adjustments. We will work 1-1 with you to make sure you are 100% happy with your design.
Once you approve the design proof, we will print and ship your order. Please note that if you do not approve your proof within 1 business day, your order/shipment may be delayed.
Standard printing of stationery (paper products) takes 3 - 5 business days after proofs are approved, but will usually be done much sooner. All other non-paper products (i.e. personalized tote bags) will ship within 8-10 business days
