The time frame for delivering your order is divided into two parts:
1. Processing Time:
Each of our products has an estimated processing time of 3 - 10 business days. The "processing time" is the time it takes to produce, personalize, send proofs, receive proof approvals, print, package, and send your package to the shipping carrier.
The processing time does not include the time it takes the shipping carrier to deliver your package (see below for shipping times).
Please note: Once you place your personalized order, we will send you a design proof within 1-2 business days. If you do not approve your proofs within 1 business day of receiving them, your shipping may be delayed. Learn about our proofing process here.
2. Shipping Time:
"Shipping time" refers to the amount of time it takes the shipping carrier to deliver your item to you after we print/package it.
Destination Wedding Details is located in the United States, and most orders are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS). We reserve the right to occasionally ship via UPS or FedEx if we determine that it will be a better shipping experience. Regardless of the shipping carrier we use, the cost to you will remain the same as what you see in your checkout page. Below is information on our shipping options, including estimated delivery times.

Important: Once your package is shipped, Destination Wedding Details is not responsible for any delays, missing packages, or damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier. The above shipping times are estimates provided by the US Postal Service (USPS) and are subject to change.
In the rare event that a package is missing or damaged by the shipping carrier, we can help you file a claim with them. Please make sure you keep your order number and/or all products in their original packaging during this process.
Canada and Non-contiguous US States/Territories
We ship orders to Canada and Non-contiguous US States/Territories via USPS International Mail or UPS. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Please be advised that all taxes, duties, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer and those fees are not included in the price of shipping.
Important note for Canada & Non-contiguous US Stats/Territories: International Mail is frequently delayed at customs. If you choose this method, we ask that you have at least an 8-week delivery window. Destination Wedding Details is not responsible for delays due to Customs.
Checking Your Order Status
As soon as you place your order, we will send you an email with your order number. You may check your order status at any time by clicking on the order status link in that email, or visiting the order status page directly.
When your order is ready to ship, we will send you another email with a tracking number.
If at any time, you have a question about your order status, you can also contact us and we'll be happy to provide you with the latest status.
